RESIDENCE PERMIT
The residence permit is easy to renew, and over time you can obtain permanent residency if you meet the required conditions, such as paying taxes
A pathway to permanent residence and, subsequently, French citizenship, subject to eligibility requirements
The possibility to obtain residence permits for a spouse and dependent children under the Talent - Family category
The opportunity to work in other EU Member States after 18 months of legal residence in France, subject to applicable conditions
A residence permit valid for up to 4 years, with the possibility of renewal
PROGRAM BENEFITS
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Valid international passport and national passport/ identity document.
- Birth certificate.
- Marriage or divorce certificate (if applicable).
- Police clearance certificate (criminal record certificate).
- Higher education diploma.
- CV.
- Documents confirming professional qualifications and work experience.
- Proof of accommodation in France.
APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this residence permit, the applicant must:
Hold a higher education degree equivalent to at least Bachelor's level (Bac+3), or have a minimum of five years of documented professional experience equivalent to higher education qualifications.
Obtain a job offer from a French employer under a permanent employment contract (CDI).
Provide proof of accommodation in France and valid health insurance until enrollment in the French public healthcare system (PUMa).
APPLICATION PROCESS
Assessment of the applicant's eligibility and review of the employment contract.
Preparation of the complete application package.
Preparation and submission of the application for a Talent long-stay visa.
Issuance of the visa and entry into France.
Issuance of the Talent - European Blue Card (El Blue Card) residence permit and, where applicable processing of residence permits for accompanying family members.
